One of the best ways to feel and look healthier, not to mention lose a little weight along the way is to drink plenty of water— ideally 6 to 8 glasses of water on a daily basis. However, instead of just drinking plain water, you can add a few things to it that will not only enhance the taste, they will also flush all the toxic materials out of your system.
And I happen to have just the recipe for you to start with it!
2L water (preferably mineral)
1 Medium cucumber
10-12 Mint leaves
Allow the mixture to sit in the fridge overnight and drink all of it up the following day. Cucumber prevents water retention, mint leaves promote digestion and lemon clears the digestive system. It also helps in weight loss!
I started this regimen about a week ago; the results are worth the effort! My appetite has decreased, no more voracity for deserts, feel energetic throughout the day and there’s definitely less bloating.
